By default, DocRouter will listen on port 25 but sometimes it may already be in use by your antivirus or an already installed SMTP server.

To confirm that this is the problem, change the default port to 26 and restart the service. If it starts, you'll need to free port 25 or use another port.



If you don't use the default port, you'll have to change the configuration of all your MFPs to use the new port.
