DocRouter will by default look at the From address field passed by the MFP to match the RightFAX user by checking the email address you entered in EFM.

Some MFPs like Canon, will pass within the From field a generic email address. The User email address will be passed in the Reply-To field. In this is case, you will need to activate the Reply-To field authentication in DocRouter.
