- Inbound notification

DocRouter can notify by
email all delegates of a fax mailbox. The "Send summary
notifications" option is available so one unique
notification will be sent for all incoming faxes since the
last notifications.
- Outbound notification

Users can receive notification by email with the
attached sent fax as a TIFF image or a custom report that
can contain up to two thumbnail of the sent fax.
- Outbound fax printing enhancement
- DocRouter allow you to print outbound faxes using a
custom report that you can easily customize to your needs
using the Fax Report designer.

The Fax Report designer will help you design the custom
report and place fax fields and thumbnails the
way your users require it.
- Native HP, Sharp and Xerox integration
- DocRouter integrates with those MFPs using the vendor's
recommended specifications like HPS from HP, XSM from Xerox
and OSA from Sharp. The native integration will allow a
richer experience for the end-user directly from the front
panel of the MFP.
- Embedded FTP server
- When needed you can use the embedded FTP server of
DocRouter instead of installing the Microsoft FTP Server
that is required when using native integration with Sharp
and Xerox MFPs.
- Unlimited number of devices
- DocRouter can handle an unlimited number of
MFPs with no extra cost.
- Multi-vendor
- DocRouter supports at the same time native integration
for Xerox, HP and Sharp MFPs and virtually all MFPs
regardless of the vendor as long as you can use
a "Scan to Email" function.
- Authentication methods
- Several authentication methods are supported
from the MFP using the "From" email address, the
"Reply-To" email information, the voice Id of the
user or the native authentication when supported.
- RightFax phonebook support
- When sending a fax from the MFP, the user can specify a
RightFax phonebook entry. Distribution list are also
supported.
